Application Process

We strive to improve the loan process and to offer the most reliable and efficient level of service available to our existing and prospective clients. To further that objective, we offer three ways to initiate a consultation about your capital needs. Upon submission of an Inquiry or Application, you will be issued a unique login ID and password, enabling you to return and continue the process or review the status of a loan that is in process.

We hope that this enhances the accuracy and improves the efficiency of our process and we welcome any suggestions to further improve your experience.

1. Loan Inquiry

To have an ACG representative contact you to discuss a particular lending need or the various programs that are available, please click on the link above and fill out our Loan Inquiry Form.

2. Express Application

To better enable us to respond to a particular lending requirement that you might have, please fill out and submit our Express Application by clicking on the link above. This form will ask you general information about the borrower, the property and it’s performance, and your lending objectives. The form takes approximately 10 minutes to fill out and will greatly enhance our ability to respond to you with comprehensive advice on your capital needs.

3. Priority Application

If you have an immediate need or would like a definitive response about a lending requirement that you might have, please fill out our Priority Application by clicking on the link above. This form will ask for specific information about the borrower, the property, your lending objectives, and includes downloadable forms that may be required to fulfill your request. The electronic form requires about 25 minutes to complete and will allow us to provide the most efficient and accurate response to your capital needs.

4. Personal Financial Statement

Privacy Notice: Apartment Capital Group will not share or sell any of the information submitted above to third parties unless specifically authorized by the client in connection with a bonavide mortgage loan application.
